He looked to have a solid chin before his last fight but the truth has come out

    Down twice against the Mexican

and he's just revealed in the Gloves are off he got dropped twice in sparring once in Manchester and once in Scotland

Still think Frampton has a good chin... but he's no Froch in that department,
so looks like Quigg maybe has the edge in punch resistance

A lot of good fighters get dropped in sparring also that mexican did seem like he had heavy hands and Carl had a lacklustre performance overall that night anyway.

Don't forget Quigg was put down by light punching Jamie Arthur and was getting wobbled from jabs against Salinas.

Both fights are on Youtube, you should go watch them.

Salinas never wobbled Quigg with anything, the only wobbling was from Salinas, and had Quigg upped the anti earlier we wouldn't even be discussing the fight.

Against Arthur he was crouching and got caught off balance, totally different to be dropped and hurt.

I would have thought getting dropped in sparring is in theory worse as you would surely be considerably heavier so should you not theoretically take a shot better?

he knows all the gyms in London but never fights, I reckon he sits and watches everybody sparring with his mouth wide open or hangs around outside waiting for autographs

I was slightly favouring Frampton to win think hes a bit better than Quigg. But Quigg seems so confident.. so now Im not sure it's a real close fight I'm sitting on the fence.

I'm up for Quigg though hope he brutally KO's him :bbb

We've seen Frampton take shots to head and body against Kiko, he stood up to them.

Have we seen Quigg take anything similar?
