    Awesome if they can be done properly and the athlete has a bit of a strength base.

    Just gotta keep showing initiative and try to find or create opportunities to practice inside the ring as much as possible, to get over the mental barrier your having. It's normal, just keep focused and stay motivated. Spar people that you know will beat your ass if you can, you learn a lot very quickly from it.

    Thank you, I try and hopefully, I will overcome it only way is by pushing through and doing it

    The goals are to gain power in my legs to generate power. The squats are for the legs and the deadlifts are for the back

    Boxing is a sophisticated sport, crude methods will not improve you as boxer.
    I hear those that argue that current champions use all these crude methods, i.e skipping, running, weight training, circuit training and pad work.

    I argue back but if everyone uses the same crude methods wont there be a champion of the
    Crude methods?

    great videos dealt. good argument for some powerlifting and plyos.
