Evander Holyfield says that Deontay Wilder comes out the fastest of any HW other than Mike Tyson, has dynamite in his hands and may become the best HW of the era.

I agree with The Real Deal Holyfield. :yep:yep

holyfield was a moron when he was younger, before the severe brain damage he suffered in his career.

You must have forgot, or never knew.

Holyfield's career and resume takes a huge Atlanta dump on Vlad and a prime Holyfield beats any top HW champion of today.

"In opening bout action, 2008 Olympic bronze medalist, Deontay Wilder, after scoring two first round knockdowns, survived a major scare after having to rise from the canvas at the end of the second round after being floored hard by veteran Harold Sconiers. With only the second round bell saving Wilder from being knocked out..."

"...Wilder, who was knocked down by journeyman Harold Sconiers, an incident of which any video evidence has now been scrubbed from the Net."

"His last time out, the Tuscaloosa heavyweight was floored for the first time in his career in a second-round knockdown at the hands of Harold Sconiers."

    Harold Sconiers, the beast.

The number of huge combinations Wilder throws round by round is the best in the division.

Where other HWs throw this number of combinations and punch themselves out, Wilder never seems to get arm weary and just keeps on punching.

What a brown bomber perpetual motion machine!

What current HW can keep up with this unparalleled level of activity?

The way he knocked out his last opponent he may be right ..Depends though he has to do it as consistent like Mike did ..

Deontay is learning that the top contenders don't fall down with the 1st big punch they get hit with. He is learning to work the jab (The best in HW division) and take his time to set up his combinations.
I'm impressed that even in round 10-12 Wilder still throws combinations as he did in the 1-2 rounds. It's obvious he is putting in the training and coming into each fight in peak condition.

    True.
    Holyfield is an ATG.
Vlad has never meet an ATG in the ring. Not once.

None of today's HWs can hope to match Wilder's punch output, power and stamina.
In round 12, Wilder is still throwing 5 punch combinations and each one still can KO POWER! :yep

I have high hopes for Wilder, but fighters of yesterday were a lot better than fighters of today. The 80's and 90's of heavyweight boxing to me were the Golden Years of HW boxing. And you're right about Wlad, though i do think Haye was a pretty damn good win. I'd even throw the Byrd win in there as well.

Believe it or not, each generation gets weaker than the last, and not just in boxing, look at music or the arts.

Forget all that BS about newer generation having better diets, better equipment, better this or that. That's pure BS. What they mean is they have better steroids and PEDs, and that's just cheating with a penalty.

Haye and Byrd were average talents and nowhere close to be at Holyfield's level. Evander easily beats them both.
