I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to CV training and recovery. Like i said, enlighten me about standing up straight and breathing normally, what is breathing normally ?
And in regard to arrogance answer me this. Gallagher is apparently very arrogant. Shane's comment about going to roach because quigg has no confidence in his team is awful. He's implying that a hall of fame trainer can teach quigg something Gallagher can't. That's obvious. There are trainers all over the world with vast knowledge that could pick up things that a fighters own trainer wouldn't. What's arrogant is that by saying this Shane is implying that his knowledge is so vast that nobody in the world could teach Carl anything Shane hasn't already taught him. Now that's arrogance. And the childish comments all the way through about him knowing Carl better than joe knows quigg. Pathetic. If Carl loses this weekend I hope he ditches the lot of them he's the only one on that team with any class
Gerry Storey could teach Carl a thing or two, oops i forgot, he already did. :good Carls a real talent, shame that he has so many hangers on around him.
Another expert. I thought there was one in every Village, theres obviously two in this one. Enlighten me.
Come on Len, we're still waiting for you to educate us about " standing up straight, and breathing normally " Phone the Wee Fella, and get him to ask the fella that stole Gerry's thunder. :good
You're the expert, you tell me why you'd tell your fighter to stand up straight, and " breath normally " And please explain to me what " breathing Normally " is ?
No no - you are the expert - you said so yourself... "I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to CV training and recovery."
Like i said, you questioned me, and i'm asking you to explain yourself ? I know that you won't explain anything, and we'll go around and around in circles. End of the day Len, you spend all your time posting on the Irish Boxing thread, and anything to do with adopted Irish fighters like Lee, Macklin, Frampton etc. If you spread your wings a little, you wouldn't get half as much stick.
