I said it already a few years ago. Wilder fought Gavern lol .. HE SHOULD HAVE FOUGHT MOLLO!! I always said it. Pretty sure Mollo would knock Wilder out. He comes for a paycheck, he knows his career is going nowhere. So he goes full gear from round 1 and looks for the knockout. He has power. Wilder is hitable. Don't forget, Mollo almost beat Szpilka twice. The same Szpilka who outboxed Wilder till he got knocked out.
Or to look at it another way, Mollo didn't go a COMBINED 12 rounds with a pre-Ronnie Shieds Szpillka over 2 fights. Wilder knocked an improved Szpillka into next week when they fought. But yeah...Mollo could beat Wilder
Dude... There's a reason Wilder avoided those kind of fights on the way up lol. If he fought someone like Mollo 15-25 fights in there's an EXTREMELY good chance he would have been found out.
Wilders improved enough to beat that fat old version of Mollo fairly easily, but a couple of years ago that would have been a nightmare for him... I agree Mollo still has a punchers chance but that's it.
