    I watched a few of Barreras fights. Am I mistaken on does the guy lack power? I don't think Barreras punches would trouble Ward.

    While Cleverly and Hopkins aren't KO artists, but they can crack, and neither of them came close to dropping Murat. Murat didn't make it out of round 5 against Barrera. Yeah he hits hard.....a hell of a lot harder than Paul Smith.

    Yeah this guy is going to make Ward work for a while. But I have a feeling that Ward will mug the guy, get in his chest and do his usual inside/mauling/dirty fighting. What do yall think?

    He's definitely smaller than Barrera, and most who've been competing at this weight regularly.

    I don't think Ward will spend nearly as much time in close quarters as he did with Green, but I do think the inside is where Barrera is clearly at his worst. Barrera is much better at mid-range, and he's excellent at long-range.

    I think Ward will mix up the ranges, and I maintain his feet will be the key if he's going to be effective.

    And for the record I've never once said no Brits cheats and all Ameircans do. But I'm sure a lot higher % of Americans do. I think my facts just give a lot of butthurt to people who can't handle the truth.
