Wlad got a beating? By an avg. of 7 punches per round? Please...

The fight was a farce. This was the easiest and most risk-free money both Wlad and Fury ever made in their life. And they're going to do it again.

The only "beating" handed out in that fight was to the eye***** of the fans who watched that farce of a fight.

Why not? It's a no lose situation.

He wins, and he's the champ again, and the win will probably age well.

He loses, and who cares, he's old.

He'll get paid a fortune either way.

I gotta say...THANK GOD IBF has stripped Fury, now we get Joshua-Martin.

Fury and K2 are taking their sweet ass time, this fight won't happen until July.

Fury said when the rematch happens he will be sure the crowds enjoy themselves with plenty beer, fried possum, baked Hedgehog and boiled armadillo. His favorite snacks.
Vlad will be sure to show up for the tasty exotic cuisine.

They are having to coordinate with RTL, HBO, and Sky that is why it is taking so long they have to find a date that works for all 3. It isn't easy.

Fury isn't featherfisted. If he was Wlad wouldn't have been too terrified to throw a punch for 12 rounds.

Thats what i keep telling people on here but no one will listen. Fury is ready to go last week.

Why isn't Wlad. It's not like he took a beating and needs time off.

Wlad was terrified to throw against guys like Ibragimov and Jennings. Guys with ZERO notable knockouts in their records. According to your theory Wlad was scared because they were heavy handed? :rofl:rofl

Retiring with two losses to Fury is a lot to lose I would say.

Wlad makes $30 million in those 2 fights. I am sure that helps ease the pain of two losses to Fury.

Its taking this long cos Wlad has to drag it out as long as possible so not to look bad.

He can't just come out and immediately say - that's it , good luck and thanks, im done:hi:

It has too look like he really wanted it before he trows the towel in. Same as the way Vitali checked out.

Fury can sting ya if he has an open target and sets his feet. Wlad used up 100% of his resources so he wouldn't get hit. Fury still shook him with glancing blows while prancing about..

I'm a big Wlad fan but I actually dont mind Fury as champ and like the way hes carried himself so far

I was there when Fury climbed in the ring with Wilder and they had their war of words. I was like damn we have to wait for this

I'm kind of hoping Wlad calls it a day and they pay Povetkin to take a hike and make that fight

If Wlad elects a rematch I dont think him winning is completely out of the question. So little occurred in the first bout that it really opens the door for anything

Unfortunately, the war of words between Wilder and Fury was pretty one-sided as Wilder showed great concern about the well being of Szpilka who was still laying prone on the canvas.
I know Fury had it all preplanned but timi9ng messed it all up.

If they should get in position for a match, the real war of worlds will began, and that should be fun and worth waiting for.
