Wach talking about Povetkin: "It's not a shame to lose to a guy as talented as Povetkin. He is one of the best, if not the best, heavyweight on the planet. We have sparred a lot in the past, but this time it was different. He was in the best shape of his life, worked hard on his biceps, back, etc. and he had unlimited stamina. I have never felt so much pain in my career with his body shots. After he tagged me in round 4-5 with a lot of body shots, I wasn't able anymore to generate a power punch." Comparing Klitschko to the Povetkin: "Those are the two best heavyweights in the world. Klitschko is a better fighter on the outside, but Povetkin is the better combination puncher and is also faster. I was more hurt by Povetkin than by Wlad to be honest. Povetkin throws much more hooks and Klitschko is more a jab/straight puncher. But both fighters have different styles and it his hard to compare." On his further career: "I will be 36 in December. Winning a world title will be difficult for me, but it is not a shame that I have only lost to the best two boxers in the world. I will not retire yet. I am a free agent right now and looking for the best opportunities. There have been talks before to have a big heavyweight fight in Poland with Adamek or Szpilka, but nothing is concrete at this moment." Then Wach tested positive for steroids against Povetkin several days after the match. Per Polish media: "It seems that the matter Mariusz Wach (31-2, 17 KOs), in which after the November fight Alexander Povetkin found to contain the banned stanozolol, will have a sequel. A few days ago, the federation WBC has stated that it will take into account the results of doping controls supplied to it by the Russian agency RUSADA (temporarily suspended by the world agency WADA), however, a position on the "Viking" has not yet taken Polish Division of Professional Boxing, which issued a boxer, licensed boxing ." http://www.ringpolska.pl/mariusz-wach http://www.badlefthook.com/2015/12/...sitive-for-banned-substance-following-loss-to
That may be true, but considering that he takes a punch so well he can give great insight into Povetkin, Wlad, punching power, etc.
Please show me where Manny or Floyd failed 2 damn tests..and Wach is a freaking bum..has beaten nobody period.....
He isn't debating that fact. He's talking about which fighter hurt him more. The post was about Wach commenting on the power of Povetkin and his body shots.
Lance Armstrong never failed a drug test, yet he was a cheat. One doesn't necessarily have to fail a drug test to be a cheat.
It's pretty clear now that Mayweather was engaging in shady behavior. I'm a big Mayweather fan and I don't even think he needed to, but he obviously was masking something and then there were strong rumors within the industry of a cover-up of failed tests. It's a damn shame IMO.

Wilder has a very bad tendency of jumping straight backward during incoming punches with his chin up, arms outspread, or upward and apart. A strong combination puncher who will get close and stay on him when he jumps straight backward and who will put punches together, throw a straight right through the weak guard will put him down unless he fixes this bad defensive flaw.
