I can't tell if you're joking or not, but 5' 10 1/2" and 175lbs isn't "big" for a normal person. For starters, most average people carry a bit of fat on them. Also if you're talking "jacked", well in other sports like football or rugby there are plenty of built guys who weigh more like 220lb at that height.

On top of that, Pascal obviously isn't really 175lb (more 190 in the ring?) and is probably shorter than his listing as well.

    I'm 5'10 1/2" and basically a lazy couch potato which is why I'm 225lb, but I haven't weighed less than 180lb since I was 18 and I wasn't fat then.

The average 5'10" guy does not walk around shredded at 175 pounds. Nah, it doesn't work that way.

White Sam Peter. An inch shorter and slightly lighter, but same general build. I enjoy chopping trees and having a perma-gut.

I know full well that most guys aren't walking around shredded 175 pounds at 5'10".

No that's not how it works in real life. On the internetz maybe...

What do you mean by shredded? Extremely low body fat? I wouldn't really have a clue about this stuff but most fit/athletic people would probably be around that weight or more at that height, assuming they had a bit of muscle bulk as well.

It's different for each sport, for example, but take something like rugby league, there are plenty of guys around 5'8"-5'10", all super fit and almost NONE are less than 180lbs.

Here's an example of what I would consider a pretty "small" guy (naturally quite skinny, carries some muscle bulk to allow him to compete in the physical game) who is 5'9" 185lbs

Like I said, I was never talking about "shredded" in the first place, but apart from maybe distance runners etc I would generally consider 5'10 1/2 175lbs to be in the average-pretty lean range.

You said you're build is similar to Pascal. Well that guy is 175 pounds 24 hours before fight night ripped. He's an extremely muscular and lean guy.

I said my height and weight are the same as his.

You do realize that implies nothing about physique, correct?

Again, you have zero understanding of how anything works.

5'7 and some change, Buck forty. I think my build is similar to Takashi Uchiyama. I'm around his age too; they say your metabolism slows down as you age but I'm still a skinny fella.
