Will Froch enter the Hall of Fame

Eubank should be in. A higher level of fighter than Gatti. Same as Froch. I can't really say too much about Ottke or Maske as I haven't seen all of their fights but over the years the standards for getting into the HOF have fallen.

Froch will get in. Maybe not 1st ballot but he will get in. No question.

 

On achievements he should be a HOF'er but as mentioned as he's not American so you never know. If Benn and Eubank couldn't get in, why would Froch.

 

He's a white hype so yeah he'll get in, he doesn't deserve it though.

 

We should get our own British hall of fame. Herbie Hide, David Haye, Amir Khan.. they would all get in.

Ottke should not be considered a fighter let alone be in HOF, he is guy that spit in the face of boxing with his "events", Ottke vs Reid is biggest display of corruption ever :tired

 

ODLH robbed Sturm and still go in the HOF so that alone can't be a criteria.

not the same, decison in Ottke fight is just small part of it, Ottke does blatant headbutt Reid is warned, Reid lands legal punch he is warned etc...thats the first and only fight i watched where fighter basically wasnt allowed to punch his opponent atsch

 

This is a of course the legend the British commentators were spinning. Reid was deducted a point for rabbit punching and pulling down Ottkes head. Not for "hitting him". That's just what people like saying on forums. Watch the fight, turn off the British commentary. And watch what happens. Reid fouls Ottke twice, then gets a point deducted.

Harsh? Yes. I think he shouldn't have gotten the point deducted, Reid wasn't brutally fouling Ottke. Did the ref legally deduct the point though? Yes. Reid broke the rules.

LOL i am not British and i did not watch the fight with British commentary at all, but i have eyes, and cant remember which round but Ottke jumps towards Reid causes headbutt and Reid is warned, its not British thing at all whole world knows about that fight and what joke it was.

 

Yes he will hands down and rightfully so.

 

Only a champ in one division and never was the "man" in that one division. As pointed out above, Benn and Eubanks deserve to be in the hof more than Froch. I don't think he deserves to get in but he probably will.

 

Froch deserves it, as do Eubank and Benn.
