I watched a documentary yesterday about that.. In the 90s there was a ton of activity there. Another guy this Russian-Israeli Jew 'Tarzan' was in the process of buying a $100M submarine capable of firing missiles before the feds busted him, he testified against a bunch of his buddies before receiving a slap on the wrist and was then deported to Israel.
