Is this confirmed as a final eliminator or just an eliminator?

I thought they couldn't do a final eliminator because Teper is in 3rd and his situation is still ongoing

 

It's for mandatory so I guess it's final. I wonder iif they're fighting in nz would be financially better than in France maybe

 

I just said on the Parker thread, they should try and get it in America and get some backing off HBO or Showtime. If he can bring that to the table it would strengthen his negotiating stand point for his world title fight because I doubt two s**ts will be given from the big names about New Zealand TV

 

Nz does ppv for Parker fights. I guess it might be hard getting takam to nz unless duco wins a purse bid. Also could see it in France. Usa would be good for exposure but maybe not so much financially.

Ok. I guess duco won a purse bid or something. They were negotiating for quite a while. They would have forked out for takam in nz. Takam rejected Joshua supposedly due to money

So I gather teper's out for the meantime.
