Frampton Looking Gaunt

I thought he looked very dry.

I've never watched any pre fight footage of him before this fight, so this could be how he always looks before the scales.

Win or Lose, This has to be Carl's last fight at the weight. The cut is clearly getting tougher with each fight.

Amazes me how Quigg makes the weight without looking bad, in all honesty. He's not exactly small at the weight either.

 

Didn't drop a bead of sweat after the open workout. He is bone dry and clearly at his limit. Strange given Quigg is much bigger at the weight and looks absolutely spot on.

Has the genius Shane screwed it up?

Theres no way he's on weight already, Thats just more guff from him and his team.

How will he look tomorrow if he has to lose more weight before the scales ?

 

I personally feel Carl looks like he is struggling with weight looks gaunt to me to. He was aggressive at press conference another sign of someone struggling at weight, Scott Harrison used to be like that too a close to fight as was starving. Being bone dry as mentioned at open work out suggests he is struggling too.

 

I think people are looking into this too much, it's a day before the weigh in.
Travelling to Texas upset his weight cut last time. This time he looks good. Full of energy anyways lol

He said before the fight in Texas he had made weight really easily and it was easier over there in the heat or some similar non sense. Then afterwards he said he struggled. I don't think he knows himself. I wonder if it hinders him with Shane being strength and conditioning, nutritionist and trainer all in one. These are specialist jobs and there's only so much knowledge that a 27 year old Shane will have, there's a lot resting on his shoulders.

 

Frampton looks like a younger President Putin.

 

Worries me when people start talking about fighters being "soft and dry".

Now you're grasping at straws. Carl looks fine. About now its starting to dawn on Quigg that he is in over his head. All Hearns BS cant save Scott now. Eddie is cashing out on him.

 

Funny you should say that but I didn't think Quigg's skin looked healthy and the dark circles round his eyes didn't look healthy either.
