I'm not ****ting on his record by saying Mayweather's is better. Marciano is an ATG, what he did was incredible. But there's no escaping the fact that only a handful of his fights were actually in world title fights and by comparison to Mayweather's record, that doesn't hold up.

Yeah. I thought a year back he was going to easily beat the 49-0 "record" before his 30th but he's fighting a bit less now he's getting those HBO paydays.

    Corrales/Canelo/Pac/Cotto/Maidana 1/Castillo 1/2/Hatton/etc

    All are top quality wins.

Going up to Heavyweight and knocking out the Big Show was a good win to. :good

(Even if it was a duck of The Undertaker, it is a par with Roy Jones ducking Lennox Lewis and fighting Ruiz instead :yep)

    :good

Any particular reason for not mentioning Jesús Chávez, Zab Judah, Famoso Hernandez, Angel Manfredy, Robert Guerrero or Chicanito Hernandez?

At the time Mayweather fought them, Mosley and Marquez was probably the highest pound for pound too (IIRC Mosley was 3 with The Ring- behind Pac & Mayweather, as was Marquez- behind Pac & Mosley)

A non pro-British post for once, one that praises Mayweather and one that does not talk about PEDS.

    Wow.

    Please STOP

    I can't handle this. :-:)-(

I'm not sure all the ones you mentioned are that much better than all the ones I added. :think

Chávez & Judah aren't roughly on par with Maidana?

I think they're on par. Maidana really did look good in 2013-2014, top quality 147 lber.

Lots of people rip him for picking Maidana, but that's just silly.
