We know Wlad has been meticulously training holding and tieing up his opponents. Is there any proof that guys like Holyfield, Hopkins or Ward are actively training headbutts and throwing elbows in sparring?

Yea I wonder why are some guys so good at headbutting and elbowing -- magically always at the right moment when the ref isn't looking. Is this a natural talent? Where do you learn this?

There's a thread in classic on a video of all the fouls Holyfield commited in the second Tyson fight. And I kid you not, he literally kneed Mike to the head and groin along with about 20 headbutts, plus elbows and low-blows. That's some next level ****.

That makes sense. The holding is pretty common in boxing as is kidney punching on the opposite side from the ref and rabbit punching in a clinch. If you watch any mma some of those guys train eye pokes (Jon Jones). It's systematic, not accidental, so I figure they are training that way.

None of us know for certain, but I would say so. Look at the way Ricky Hatton fought for God's sake.

You serious? Even amateur fighters actively learn to work with their heads... Of course pros actively train the dirty tricks, too.

EDIT: Wasn't online for some time, did the traffic go down? Much less users online it seems. Also mostly **** posting. Isn't Kirk online anymore to throw out the garbage?

Yes. They even bring in a guy to play the referee. Placement of the ref is crucial when cheating.

Larry Cole is notorious for not seeing low blows. See Loma vs Salido. What a disgrace that man is. Jack Reiss has selective vision.
