What sanctioning body do you think has the best champions right now? And how would you rank them?

    i.e
    1# WBO
    2# WBA
    3# IBF
    4# WBC

Looking at them, I'm quite impressed with the WBO.

They have the best heavyweight, cruiserweight, light-heavyweight, arguably super-middleweight and super lightweight. And they could argue the case of the lower weights from there.

I think this is an interesting way of looking at things. However, in many divisions it's hard to tell. WBO definately have HW, LHW, LWW and Featherweight. SMW I reckon DeGale is the best of the bunch but he, Abraham and Jack are more or less on the same level. I'm don't know enough about CW to comment.

Even though the WBA belt situation is a joke they definately have HW, LHW, MW, LMW and SBW (if you count 'in recess' Rigo). WBC is by far the worst of the bunch, which of their belt holders is definately the best in the division? Linares? (I don't know much about the weights south of SBW).

That was around similar to what I got.

I'm very surprised just how weak WBC is when compared this way.

Yep, the WBC used to have the strongest champs, but that has drastically changed.
Now they had a lot of vacant belts with undeserving (mostly Mexican or American) guys fighting for them, and many paper "champions" who don't have to defend their belts against legit opposition.

If you add the IBO in and count Hekkie Budler in, they have 4 too.
Tyson Fury, Golovkin, Lara and Budler.
But some don't want to count the organisation that is fair and non corruptable and just point to the lesser champions.

I can understand them not recognising the IBO simply because there is already four other major sanctioning bodies.

Doesn't the IBO use some sort of computer system?

WBC should cease to exist as a major governing body and replaced by IBO. They are just way too corrupt.
