Fighters to be considered for example are Joe Jeanette, Sam Langford, Jim Corbett etc etc. providing they weighed past the minimum and for at least TEN bouts.

What "Cruiser weight" are you using? ....it started at 190 lbs, then 195, and is at 200 lbs now.

oh 200 sounds good because of all the super heavies. I think it silly that fighters like Corbett get ignored because there is no category for them. This way we have a range of 25 pounds to play with... this is tough 12 names to pick, lists can be in numerical order or like my lists, all lumped together in a kind of democratic equality.

Yes you have the division right but is a Top 12 list, you have eleven so that guy you were thinking of including you can put in now

There is no such thing as a cruiserweight, before the inception of the division.

It almost seems an insult to compare Sam Langford and Rocky Marciano to modern cruiserweights, because they could have made the cruiserweigth limit.

Better to remember them as small heavyweights.

No because there is no such division as small heavyweights.. modern cruisers are gonna struggle to make the list at all.. Holyfield might. I think the list I made up makes for a fascinating question... WHO IS NUMBER ONE... Marciano may end up on top in head to head comp.... Corbett vs marciano.. Tunney Vs Tommy Burns.. Langford vs Charles. great match ups

Louis has wins over Baer, Braddock, Carnera, Sharkey, Schmellimg and Conn weighing in under 200 pounds, am I allowed to include him?

Sure can as long as you can show he has at least ten wins at that weight and they should be against reasonable competition... My list is incomplete as a shortlist., when I looked I saw a vast majority he was over 200.... if he is there it really makes a tournament interesting.... I could hardly sleep last night as I was imagining Corbett vs Marciano... a great clash of styles and attributes... can Rocky nail him in 15 ? or does Corbett's speed and skills give him an easy points win ????
