Good fight. Respect to both, but I favor Loma... something like 55-45. I don't think the weight will be an issue here.

I'm actually not that impressed with Lomachenko. I'd have been more impressed if he'd done this a year and a half ago instead of fighting a serious of no hopers. I'm actually more impressed with Amir Khan right now for moving up in weight to fight one of the highest rated fighters in the world. Vasyl doesn't appear to even need to move up one weight class. Sure, Walters is a puncher, but what makes this more impressive than say Golovkin fighting Lemieux?

Walters is far better than Lemieux. Walters is a huge guy who comes in at 147lbs on fight night, and has great power and underestimated skill.

Amir Khan deserves all of the credit for taking on Canelo. The likes of Billy Joe Saunders is turning down £4m to fight Golovkin, that should put things into perspective.

Don't forget, Lomachenko has only had 6 fights and ended up fighting contenders because no one, including Rigondeaux, was willing to fight him.

He would have fought Rigondeaux and Walters by now if he had it his way, let that sink in.

Now Loma has become so sick of the pro boxing scene, that he's going to fight Walters even though it was his dream to unify, since before he turned pro.

Walters isn't actually better than David Lemieux. If you'd seen his last two fights against Marriaga and Sosa he looked decent or a little above average for super featherweight. He was probably just getting all those KOs because of his size and weight advantages at featherweight. He probably only looked like a killer against Donaire and Darchinyan because they were so much smaller coming up from flyweight. Plus, they were old and worn down. Put him in with a younger guy more his size like Lomachenko and he shouldn't pose too much of a threat.

He will do just that. At this point I think it's difficult to overrate lomachenkos skill.

The most important thing for Loma is he has live over that horrible, facking tereible loss to salido... losing to that level of fighter really hurts Loma no matter what.

He NEEDA to get salido back in the ring no matter what, fight him for free, Loma can afford giving salido big money. Loma has to thrash salido, and I mean thrash him before anyone can say he's a future great.

That was really his 10th to 20th facking pro fight, his 2nd that was sanctioned as a pro fight but had been fighting under pro rules for years.

Of course he's much better than salido BUT he beat loma!!! The history says he lost to a brawler who gets wrecked anytime he fights the top guys in any division
