Mayweather DEMANDED the inclusion of the clause below:

Mayweather and Pacquiao agree that USADA shall notify both athletes within 24 hours of any of the following occurrences: (1) the approval by USADA of a TUE application submitted by either athlete; and/or (2) the existence of and/or any modification to an existing approved TUE. The question is WHY and WHAT?

If Floyd is clean, WHY the insistence on such a clause?

If Floyd is clean, WHAT has Floyd been putting into his body that would 1) potentially cause a positive test and 2) require a TUE?

We know now that Floyd was hooked up to IVs in the comfort of his living room, but why did he need IVs? The doctor cleared him as perfectly FIT FOR COMBAT ON THE DAY OF THE WEIGH IN. The IV injections would come a mere hours later.

Floyd was definitely putting stuff into his body and the TUE was put in place to "justify" any shadiness.

I think that people who give next to no explanation while carrying on repeating themselves, change subject, or ignore media wide topics altogether, usually have something to hide.

 

I'm sure if it was such a red flag and he was so guilty, Bob Arum would not let this go.. He has money too and I'm sure he has more connects than Floyd.. If Floyd was so obviously guilty, Bob Arum would be on the hunt with guns blazing...
