I've voted but not putting my account on the line. Ban bets are stupid, basically. #stillintheplayground
How is Martin the underdog? He has had more fights, no losses, has fought higher level of competition, is ranked higher, and holds a title - no matter how "weak" the process that resulted in that is. I agree, Joshua passes the "eye test" much better and has a much bigger hype train but what actual tangible evidence is there that Joshua is actually the safe bet?
I don't go for the underdog, in fact most of the time I go for the favorites, it's only that all of divas on here get so incensed when I go against some of the beloved hypejobs that it becomes an issue and my opinions become the center of attention.
How about no bans until after all drug testing is completed? After all, the British are so adamant they have the best policies in the business. We already know Martin will pass and on the off chance Joshua lands a roided ko punch, he needs testing.
These kind of threads are totally pointless, unless that is you know in advance what ring attire each fighter will be wearing on the night and what the colouring of it will be.
You always know to expect the worst from Malik Scott and Danny Garcia :barf http://media.gettyimages.com/photos...ing-the-premier-boxing-on-picture-id495032740
Link's not working. I'm kind of glad though as I have a rotten cold and I'm feeling rather fragile, too fragile to look at that revolting outfit Mallk Scott wore for the Thompson fight. The horrendously garish ring attire Garcia wore against Peterson and Guerrero was beyond hideous and I would probably throw up if I saw them in my current state.
I remember it vividly. You don't forget traumatic experiences like that in a hurry. They stay ingrained in your memory for decades.
