In all seriousness, I bought the DVD and watched it multiple times.

 

The finest fight I think I've ever watched.

 

Time flies. I must have watched that fight in full a dozen times over the years, it was boxing poetry at its finest. A peak Calzaghe was something else.

 

Lacy was such garbage.

 

I said it before the fight. I watched Jeff's life-and-death struggle with a shot to bits Sheika and he looked terrible. I couldn't figure out the hype?

 

Sugar Ray Leonard was talking about it the other day. Apparently he went round to Eddie Murphy's house to watch it.

As much as everyone likes to trash Lacy now, he should be celebrated for having the stones to leave the US of A. Can you imagine Ward doing that?
