The reports last night was that Thompson was really poor last night.

Should Price use the shell of Tony Thompson to get rid of his demons?

  2. What steroids will Tony use this time?

The performance that TT put up would be easily enough to make it 3-0 against DP.

Ortiz actually had to absorb a shot or 3 remember....Price ain't doin' that.

He is such a nice guy and you'd like to see the above and DP wipe the floor with him, chances are he would win this time but it really is just papering over the cracks, it's a sad but true fact of boxing that unless you are incredibly elusive (which Naseem H will tell you doesn't last too long) and therefore don't get hit, you HAVE to be able to take shots and have a survival instinct that kicks in when you hit the rocks. DP just doesn't have that and he may need to be knocked out one more time for that to sink in. But then I think of fighters like Enzo Mac, he has been knocked out horribly on more than one occasion and still carries on so who are we to say somebody should call it a day when it is all they know how to do or all they want to do

I'd bank on Price losing again... Thompson as faded as he is is still a level or two above this mentally ruined version of Price.

Thompson survived nearly 6 rounds of punches and 3 knockdowns from Ortiz, probably have could have taken more too... Price wouldn't have survived the 1st with Ortiz.

Price is broken, he's so timid in the ring. His nervousness shows massively, if he went gun ho he might get some joy, but he just a sitting duck without any offence due to defensive shortfalls
