Turpins peak years were spent at middle even though he was a big lad at the weight
Froch was a big strong super middle but id still pick Turpin to outbox him.

Carl Froch looked like he could be outboxed pretty easily, and during his career I picked a lot of fighters to do it. But I was almost always wrong. The man was deceptively good and racked up quite a record.

Turpin was more talented, but Carl would weigh in as light heavy and I think he would grind Turpin down after loosing the early rounds.

I'm not sure I want to know, but I'll ask anyway: why am I an assh0le?

:good froch being outboxed easily is exactly what I was thinking.
Even though Turpin is my hero I'm open minded about his limitations but I'd still pick him to out box Froch.
Turpin with all the the right muscles added to make him a true super middle at his peak would have been a formidable fighter.

I agree. Randy outboxes Carl over the distance.
