    He used USADA, the same Organization that took down 7 time tour de france winner, cancer survivor and American Hero Lance Armstrong.

    Pac ducked drug testing all together for years.

    No he wasn't caught with anyting in his arm. He was given an IV in the presence of a USADA official, because he was too dehydrated to produce a urine sample.:hi:
