He has been quoted today offering Eubank 50/50 and would like Eddie Hearn to promote the show

When I saw Wembley mentioned I wondered if they could sell out the arena with 2 old men. It is not like the Rolling Stones having another tour.

Wembley stadium is only viable for a few - AJ, Fury, possibly Khan in the right fight

Benn v Eubank III would make an interesting main support though

They would've filled Wembley 10x over in '95. But anybody in their 20s today probably can't remember them.

A few brain cells are missing from these delusional dudes.A straight jacket may be more suitable for Benn in the future.

You are talking out of your ass, I don't want this fight to happen because I loved both fighters but every 20 something boxing fan will have been brought up with storys and tales of ITV and Benn,Eubanks,Watson and Carl Thompson by ther dad, uncles older brothers, the golden era. People would be sick enough to see this and to be honest last year Benn was in good shape.

The 90s was OK, but the real strong era was in the mid to late 80s.

Big American bills shown live (even midweek). Bruno and McGuigan (both more popular than Benn/Eubank et al) at their peak, with ITV and the BBC showing prime time Saturday night boxing.

ITV showed big fights as a stand alone programme post World of Sport on a Saturday afternoon and even showed Hagler/Leonard prime time midweek and of course Tyson in his pomp both live and shown in the morning and prime time the next day.

As much as I'm a fan of both of them this will not happen for a number of reasons. Well I hope it don't happen.

Both are just too old, it's actually quite depressing to hear Benn wants to fight again at his age even if it is against Eubank.

In my opinion no real boxing fan is turning up at Wembley to see two British boxing legends at that age trying to turn back the years for a few quid, it would be a freak show.

But let's just say they did agree to fight, Eubank is far too heavy for Benn now, Eubank finished his career up at cruiserweight and his body shape has changed, he is a lot bulkier these days, also people seem to forget Benn was a small Super Middleweight and don't look much bigger now.

Also from a promotional side, yes huge numbers watched both fights, the first fight (the best fight) was on free to air TV (ITV) and it was so hotly anticipated because there was genuine hatred on Benn's side and Eubank was the man people loved to hate, they had to be seated apart when the contracts were signed live on TV, Eubank sat in front of Benn because he refused to look at him, you could feel the tension through the TV but things have changed dramatically.

Eubank is loved now, Benn and Eubank have moved on, spoke warmly about each other, embraced, been on TV together, had a laugh and a joke, you won't be able to recreate that tension, hatred, anticipation again just to sell tickets.

Never going to happen and I really hope it doesn't, I really believe it would taint everything the pair gave us British boxing fans.

He's out of his mind if he thinks that fight sells out Wembley stadium.

Yes, 20 years ago it would have but not now.

Either way, the fight won't happen for a number of reasons.

Ridiculous. Just decline him and Eubank a license, simple.

Yup. I think Eubank knows this isn't going to happen though. It's Benn who actually wants it to and as we can see he's out of his mind, talking about stadiums and how he's actually in better shape now than he was in his prime.

There is no demand for this fight. They should have a spar if they want to trade punches again. Probably wouldn't get licensed anyway.
