Do you expect Ward to return to 168 with a bad result against Barrera?

If Ward doesn't do well or even loses the fight against Barrera at 175, do you guys expect him to make a return to 168?
With not doing well, I mean an udeserved or very hard fought victory, maybe needing to resort to fouling etc.

And if he wants to, do you think he can he even still make the weight?

I don't think he will, he struggles to make 168 too much

he does, and his coach said, if he goes up he can't go back. But even Chavez Jr "tried"

Going down in weight isn't easy, doubtful.

    Sounds like S.O.G. :nod

Barrera is a full fledged Undefeated 175, Ward was better off picking Adonis due to age & 168 past

Ward is basically already semi-retired. I think if he looks bad he will just hang 'em up. He has no love for the sport.

If it doesn't go well maybe he'll try to create his own weight class like Pollo Rojo. Then he could drag middle and super-middleweights up from below and make endless defences of his Wardweight World Championship title.

    Yup, that's my take. Wardweight.

hel bounce back if he lost to barrera its a step up in division and opposition in that division so if its not a push over for ward like smith then its to be expected

it would be more suprising if he styles all over barrera

Stop making up lies, Ward never struggled to make 168.

Don't know if he ever really struggled either, but both he and his trainer publicly stated that they weren't sure if he could still make 168 when he came back fighting Smith.
After that they opted to go the much tougher 175 route, so that might be an indication he would have a hard time making it.

Only tougher if he is facing top opposition, though Ward didnt face the boxer movers at SMW
