To me, being so sure that Mayweather has an "iron" jaw is failing to appreciate the artistry of his defence. It is utterly unprecedented for a top level fighter to get hit cleanly as infrequently as Mayweather. Even when he takes what looks like a decent shot, more often than not he draws back or rolls just enough to take the sting off of it. Remarkable.

Only the really smart fans saw that floyd got hurt on the ropes
in round 11. It was subtle but he was stiff legged off of a right
landed by saul and his face and body language showed it in the
halfway point of that round. May's chin is solid but his ring persona
and control is what sets him apart from the rest.

I told this before, Floyd is coward, crap and lame, he avoided the best opponent in his career in the past(which is Pacquiao), now we are left with pathetic crap of him fighting a limited fighter in Canelo, what is worse Canelo is weight drained

    Wow.

    Just wow

A brittle glass jawed old man with ZERO boxing experience calling out an undefeated HOF fighter for maybe possibly having a glass jaw.

    Aren't you a professor?

    ****s sakes

Cotto doesn't hurt anyone but he damaged pacqiaus eardrum, broke mayweathers nose and dropped Clottey with a jab in the first round

    :nono

I think the answer is clear now.

Floyd's chin is pure unadulterated granite.

Not even Hearns would have shaken him with his best.

    iron chinned.

never mind roger, his dad the better jaw out of them.

you can see roger is more slack jawed.

No question that both Floyd and his dad had better whiskers than Roger.

It is important for boxing fans to have a critical perspective. Otherwise, they're just blind fanboys.

It is more important to respect boxers, because win or lose it's what they signed up for, and if you're in a room full of boxers talking boxing..you can't say the **** that you're saying without one of them pointing towards your non existent career.

Blindly worship your heroes all you want fanboy. Me, I prefer to engage in real-world ****ysis, that includes looking at the limitations in punch resistance that almost all fighters have to some degree. Even Floyd Mayweather.
