Floyd has a stylistic advantage over GGG, GGG has a puncher chance nothing more.

Floyd might take this calculated risk, if he does get KOed it doesn't hurt his legacy at all, because GGG will be an instant ATG & Floyd got KOed 30lb above his best weight, his spot on the ATG list remains the same.

If Floyd manages to win a decision at least 50% chance, he can retire 50-0, GGG will recover his belts at 160 & secure a HOF spot or even an ATG spot if he can regain an Undisputed championship after Floyd defeated him.

This conclusion is based on strict numbers, its the same number that rationalize Floyd retirement in 2008 when Margarito 73" & Paul Williams 79" were holding down the division. GGG 70" makes him a beatable opponent to Floyd. The high risk/higher reward situation is very encouraging.

A fight vs GGG win/lose makes sense more than any fight for Floyd now. A win will silence the last opponents of Floyd who will just focus on PEDs/IV & drop the weaker Void campaign, plus it will increase Floyd $ which should motivate Mr $, as he will be in a position to demand more $ than he did vs Pacquiao & alot of people will genuinely tune in to get a chance to see Floyd in the riskiest fight of his career (in reality its no riskier than DLH fight)

Irrational conclusion, you don't even know how you reached that conclusion, maybe you are assuming GGG is being underrated :?

GGG is more than likely on his way to become an ATG at 160 if not the GOAT 160
He already made a historic KO streak 15-0-0-0 (KO 15). However, GGG has no history of keeping this streak vs:

• Undefeated fighters
• HOF fighters
• ATG fighters

While GGG fits more perfectly into Mayweather stylistic cherry picking, coming 2" short from passing through Floyd 72" reach, Floyd literally keeps GGG out of the fight for 12 rounds, using his 72" reach & superior ring generalship, also Floyd has an iron chin that been slightly tested & might be the last line of defense in case GGG was fast enough to eat a jab/right hand then try to land something big. Floyd Chin/Endurance & ability to get up from a potential KD are all favorable for Floyd, reducing the chances of GGG puncher chance (which might work better vs Thomas Hearns due to his history of getting stopped)

GGG sat at Big bear all those years thinking he was the Apex predator & little did he know that he was simply big game for Floyd that he just needs to get well calibred for
