Hearns can outbox Burley, SRR, SRL, Tito...etc, no one is doubting that Hearns was a master at using his 78", the problem was falling apart in later Rounds. He can't defeat any of the Top 5 ATGs listed because they were not smaller Duran 135/Benitez 140 & they were mentally tough & strong to come at him harder at the later part of the 15 rounds (SRL blueprint), Tito was the only on the list from the 12 rd era, but he was a true KO Artist who didn't care about being outboxed, he was the GOAT low blow puncher, he went for that option everytime it was available & accepted a 1 pt deduction in return for securing a KO later in the fight (KO artist mentality), Hearns will get KTFO 10/10 at Welterweight (While being ahead on score cards, Hearns was strong early rds, but lost steam & legs as the fight went on), Hearns at 154 & above starts gaining an advantage over Tito who was best at Welterweight, so Hearns is being strictly judged here as a Welterweight
