Even though I think he shouldn't be ranked on any P4P list due to his inactivity, I think Ward deserves a mention.

He hasn't been defeated since he was 12 and he always finds a way to win. There's no way you can go on a run like that without having an iron will.

Ward has to be up there. Oddly enough, Khan must be mentally tough cause he has so many set backs but is always positive and has good self belief.

Fury surprised me I have to admit. I thought he'd fall apart but he was tough as nails mentally and didn't make a mistake. We have to see though if he can keep this mental strength over a stretch of many years or if the fame and money get to his head and meddle with his ability to focus.

Yh but fury can go of the rails drink and binge, which will harm him. But whenever it's fight time he just clowns his opponents.

Kovalev. He killed a guy and it didn't break him mentally. Also he doesn't seem to be affected by trash talk and sticks to the gameplan all the time. He's krushing his opponents methodically.

    Tyson Fury

Fury was born and bred to fight over many generations. When it comes to fighting Tyson is like a duck to water.
