2-3 fights per year (not 5 fights per month like before his loss to Turpin).

2-months training camps for every opponent

    careful matchmaking

    fights at 135 (slightly drainded), 140, 147, 154, 160

    Retires before 40

Does he retire undefeated and how would his record look like?

with today's weak field he could likely go 100-0 without breaking a sweat. Hell, he almost went 100-0 back then.

With today's competition he'd probably win from 135 to 175, a sad could commentary on today's fight game.

Yes, and with his talent, skills combined with today's 4 belts per division, careful matchmaking and slow pace (2 fights per year instead of 10-20) it would be a lot easier for SRR to do it.

SRR if under a modern training regime from the start of his career would be a middleweight who goes up to Light Heavy.
Anyway, Floyd Mayweather would cause him big problems at 135 and 140. SRR would most probably win though.

    SRR would go undefeated.
