It's simple Brook wants to make his name by solidifying himself as the No 1 WW in the UK by KOing their No WW. Khan is literally tailor made for Brook, and Khan knows this, which is why he's avoiding him like the plague, because he's knows he'll be KO'd and he doesn't want Brook making a name for himself off of him.
