    Quilty ???

You might as well toss Luis Ortiz and David Haye into the mix too.
All the other defamers do. :-(

So many contemptuous people on here claiming guilty, despite serious flaws in the aaccusations. Must be programmed to denounce anyone at any chance, kinda indicative of a 'dog eat dog' preached upbringing. No one with a few firing neurons could possibly not believe there is something fishy going on. A guy - clean nine days out , who then proceeds to take something that supposedly helps clear the airways and then takes a voluntary test. A guy who is ostensibly, and is probably a very honest guy (yes I realise people lie, don't need this pontificated! , but clear character traits also needs to be taken into account- many people around him have vehemently supported this guy as clean) The place he was fighting doesn't need mentioning in terms of unsavory sporting acts! But..the flip side is...he is a depraved, liar rivalling Armstrong's charade. ...jeez ...would be life ending material. So I say innocent. Remember, this is an opinion from a complete stranger. ..online....so please no vitriol, it's just an opinion from which I gain absolutely nothing. ..!

Most people are lemmings they rarely think for themselves, they take everything that happens in the world at face value, no independent thought whatsoever anymore. People just buy into whatever propaganda they're being fed by what ever website they happen to read or whatever ideology they choose to follow, it's quite depressing.

Its depressing not that people think he is guilty; but how they express it. There's a dark contempt behind it. Theres enough reasonable doubt in the case we have to be open minded.

Agree, and also the one size fits all nature of their reactions, like all PED's and their benefits are created equal, there's many cyclists who been caught "doping" using banned substances, that would never be beneficial in the least, stuff as simple as cortisone for allergies and certain types of aspirins are banned in cycling, and I've seen people who are caught for innocent things like that being equated with a steroid abuser or EPO on message boards. It's reactionary zero tolerance run amuck.

Also like you said with this case, there's legitimate reason to question the nature of why his test came back positive, but they won't even give him a chance.:bart It's a very childish response.

Nothing would surprise me in this shady sport but the most parsimonious explanation is that he took PEDs.

Either way, you have to be responsible for what you put in your body.

I'm thinking spiked. The timeline and choice of drug makes no sense. Wouldn't be surprised at Mafia involvement.

There was also a case in Mexico where a whole team tested positive for Clenbuterol and they discovered it came from the hotel meat. So, if he did eat something tainted, he's guilty of negligence but not doping. Wonder if they had taken samples of the meals they could test. ..or if the whole team ate drank the same and all tested positive (which may be too late now) but maybe to safeguard in the future an entire team should eat the same and all test themselves post fight for similar levels!; though this opens a can of worms and teams could all dope with Clen and claim it was the ragout; when the boxer is using it for endurance. ..hmmm something to chew over...

Like anyone that was caught on Clenbuterol the last couple of years (Berto, Contador etc), I expect them to be guilty for knowingly juicing, but none of them actually wanted to get Clen in their system, but got it as some gift by purchase.

Interesting, was the Clen the only thing in the system or was it a ****tail in the blood? What did they claim happened?

They only found Clenbuterol. But in both cases expected to be a byproduct from using bloodbags, which can happen.
