    Guillermo Jones roided to the gills and about 220lbs would smash GGG, and kovalev didnt look afraid sparring him.

    He said it himself, that Golovkin is his friend, he doesn't want to embarrass his friend. You're just being clueless thinking Golovkin outdid him in sparring and thinking he hits harder, just like you thought Manny beat Floyd.

    Kovalev is on record admitting that golovkin is the harder puncher, I'm sure he didn't say that because he's his friend lol golovkin can't even spar against 160 fighters he spars super middles to cruisers

    Anyone that boxes knows there is nothing worse than sparring someone in a lower weight class. Your expected to go easy or look like bully. While the smaller guy is trying to take you head clean off. Facts are when you spar someone smaller you don't view them the same way as someone your own weight or bigger.

    So I can believe he used to get beat up (kov) as its hard to spar someone a few weights lower effectively as you mentally enter the ring different

    In a fight kov wd beat him size is just too much to overcome.

    :D Thread report is probably true... GGG does pack a punch !!!

    IMO... GGG is not a BIG MIDDLEWEIGHT and has reached his peak size.

    I think after GGG claims all the belts at middleweight...

    he might move up to super middleweight... 168 lbs.

    given the right challenge and a BIG PAYDAY.

    That said... I don't see GGG fighting @ 175, hell I don't think GGG weighs that much when he's not in training.

    Would Golovkin be allowed 3 fights prior to facing him like Ward wants before he gets KTFO by Kovalev....

    Because as Ward says what's the rush LMAO
