How does that make sense when Eubank looked levels above Blackwell?

Eubank would easily be GGGs most dangerous opponent to date.

I can definitely see Eubank stopping GGG on cuts.

Eubank jr. will be the 1st to be carried out on a stretcher by his own father after facing GGG

Hugely unlikely, given a mid 30s Martin Murray lasted well into the 11th vs GGG.

Would Eubank Jnr beat and stop Murray?

    Yes.

Eubank is a good boxer, but your ana!ysis is absurd. Eubank is very susceptible to the jab and lacks ability to adapt his style mid fight. Eubank style is also really only effective against stationary targets where he can start unloading his blistening combinations, but Golovkin footwork is amongst the best in boxing. Eubank also lacks concussive power and Golovkin has an iron chin. Eubank has no chance whatsoever

    I assume you are trolling?

Monroe Jnr, Stevens and Martin ****ing Murray all managed to unload 8-10 unanswered punch combinations on Golovkin

Golovkin certainly seems to have an iron chin as he doesn't wobble, but he shuts down when hit on the button like an old stiff robot and then plods backwards taking multiple punches.

IMO he is tailor made for Eubank Jnr.

You live in some kind of alternative universe. Please show me a link to a single 8-10 punch combination any of those fighters unloaded on Golovkin. Your vision of Golovkin just be standing there not throwing whist Eubank is unleashing his cflurry on punches of him shows very little boxing knowledge.

I came to the exact opposite conculsion after last nights fight. Jr takes too many punches and would have no answer for Golovkins jab.

I think Eubank Jr would make it entertaining while it lasts but I can't see how he beats Golovkin.

I like Eubank Jr but he is fighting the wrong style/strategy in his fights. He tries too hard for the stoppage, forces it and leaves himself open because of this, which would be suicide against Golovkin. He'd do better to box more, use his defensive skills to create traps and counter, he has the tools to do this but fights more like Nigel Benn than his dad being far too reckless and aggressive.

Fighting the way he does now he has 0% chance of beating Golovkin. He doesn't have the power to hurt GGG and isn't going to outwork him especially when leaving himself so open to Golovkin's power, his chances of reaching the final bell would depend solely upon if he has inherited Eubank Sr's durability.

So how did he manage to stop them after he got hit and was shut down? did they feel sorry for the stiff robot and lay down in front of him?

Nope he recovered and took it to the opponent in the next couple of rounds and Stevens retired between rounds exhausted. It was a good fight. Same story with Monroe, he won a couple of rounds back to back vs GGG and was spent thereafter.

I think Eubank Jnr has more in his engine.

FFS Eubank has the biggest tank in boxing, you think GGG could outwork Jr, you sounding like a casual. Nobody outworks jr.

Jr has enough pop to hurt anyone 22 wins with 17ko is good ratio but stopping the likes of Spike and Blackwell is not easy.

Just because they aint sprawled out on the canvas doesn't mean their not stopped GGG has most of his ko wins by ref stoppage or throwing the towel in. Hardly any of his ko's are unconcious.

Only heavyweights tend to get these ko's any way like Wilder.

    How does what make sense?

He just fought the British champion for the British championship against a British level fighter in Blackwell. Hence it was a British level fight.

Eubank lacks the technical aspects of the game and power to keep Golovkin off him. It is a fight that would end early in a spectacular KO win for Golovkin.
