    Feints

    Doubles

    Great defense

Nice control of range and distance

This is why he is one of the best in boxing ..Should be interesting what game plan he comes up with for the Krusher

He has the science down like mayweather althoguth hes still working towards mayweathers level imo, a lot of people will call this style boring, Hopefully the results of eubank blackwell will give people a better appreciation for the sweet science rather than the barbaric brutal style fighting.

He did look very good again. I know Barrera was a bit of a straight line plodder but you can see the move up in weight is not asking too much of his body in any way.

That slowmo (on the HBO telecast) where Ward blocked Barrera's jab with his right hand then landed a right hand immediately afterwards was a beautiful display of boxing skills. I hope somebody gifs that because there's no denying his skills when you see something like that. Nobody wants any of that and a sure loss on their record.

I was surprised to hear people on this forum call it a boring performance. He was actually more aggressive than I thought he would be. He clinched a little here and there but it's not like the whole thing was contested with his head in Berrera's chest.

Was it just me or did Ward seem especially left heavy last night? Wasn't listening to the commentary but was his right shoulder acting up or something?

if I was GGG I would be scared of Ward because Ward is a bigger fighter than GGG, I personally don't see why people would expect GGG to beat Ward, I don't think he would.

That said I don't see any reason to bash GGG for that trying to claim that he is a ducker, if it was easy to fight bigger guys and win Floyd would of fought GGG I have no doubt, that doesn't make Floyd a chicken because he didn't.

Latineg is right ^ I always thought that asking PBF to take on GGG at 160 is clearly a bridge too far. Let it rest ...

Agreed, but Mayweather is a chicken for not fighting a fighter in Amir Khan.
Fighters like Mayweather who are accustomed to being the quicker and faster fighter, dont like the idea of showcasing their skills against a fighter who may be quicker and faster than he.

To me, there will always be that * to Mayweather's resume, didn't fight all comers, picked and chose what fighter was right for his style.
That's not showing me you're the best!
