AA showed us all some great performances at middle weight,and his epic battle with Miranda will never be forgotten.He just punches above his natural weight.I also think that he would still be a truly dangerous force at middle weight.Sure,he is also a 10 top fighter at supermiddle,but lacks the punch to truly impress any top rival there.You are also right in saying that AA has already achieved so much during his time at middle weight that you couldnt really expose him any more.Yes,he looks less than stellar in supermiddle,but had a great time at middle weight.
As for GGG once again I have to agree with you:GGG just plays in a different dimension.GGG has the skills to be an all time great whereas AA has had a very good career at the pros,but he will never be rememered as an all time great nor has he ever had the gift to be one.

 

Thank for your kind words. I agree you as well. I don´t want to taint AA career anyway because he has been in a fight against the best and normally as smaller man, but he should have taken Pavlin when they were both at their peak. I think, neither wanted to face each other. It would have been a great fight.

To be honest, Dirrell has been a failure and disappointment. He was in trouble against AA. Froch fight was close. After those fights, he hasn´t done **** and lost one to Degale. I think if someone was exposed, it was Dirrell.

he wasn't in trouble against Abraham

he did lose to degale...I thought if he did more the last 2 rounds he might have taken it....he sort of stopped fighting.......but it was disappointing performance

 

Andre Dirrel is one of the biggest hype jobs of the last 10yrs. He's a good fighter but had done little prior to the super 6, lost a close one to Froch and then the DQ against Abraham. And apart from giving a spirited effort against Degale has done nothing since the super 6.

People talk as though he's some elite performer.

Hype job? Wtf are you talking about? He's much more proven at elite level than GGG, come back to me when Golovkin has beaten anyone nearly as good as Froch or Abraham. And don't pretend like he didn't beat Froch very, very clearly.

Tell me Dirrels top 3 wins, he is a hype job because from running Froch close to winning the DQ from Abraham he has become classed as some elite fighter.

 

Before Abe moved to 168 he already went life and death with Miranda. So his limitations were there to be seen. But I never thought that Froch will do such a number on him.

 

You're deluded if you think he didn't beat Froch, or just have no idea how to score a fight. Nobody on GGGs resume would trouble Dirrell in the slightest.

Losing a close fight to a champion, then winning via DQ over Abraham in a fight he was dominating mind does not eclipse what Golovkin has done so far in his career.
