Crawford isn't getting as much hype as Broner, and since he's not being so hyped, I wouldn't consider him overrated. Untested for sure though.
Yes because Pacqiauo has a history of beating larger slicker fighters while Crawford could never beat a southpaw midget.
Gamboa is a nightmare for anyone regardless of any weight class. The way Crawford beat him was one of the performances of the year, perhaps decade.
It's all about levels. Crawford's best win could arguably be Ricky Burns. Considering Gamboa was 2 divisions above his true weight and had been inactive over the years.
@ jake I usually agree with most of what you say I might have to disagree with you on Crawford though....gamboa is a nightmare where he should be...where he was for the Crawford fight he didn't belong there and it lost him the fight.....it was a great fight I need to see more of Crawford...im not sure he fairs too well against postol
Pac might beat Crawford but he wouldn't KO him. Crawford is underrated if anything very high ring IQ switch hitter with good pop. He would give Pac fits.
Its not always about levels. Sometimes you have to take physical dimensions and style advantage into play. How else did Douglas beat Tyson? Pacqiauo was steered clear of Crawford and rightfully so.
How did he duck Pac? He was seriously considered, Arum openly stated that he was turned down by cable and satellite distributors for not being well known yet. Timmy got the fight because he has name value and Manny already has his number. And, Crawford is better than Broner at every single aspect of the game.
