    Another case of a waste of talent. If he dedicates himself to the sport 110%, I truly believe he would be a star in the sport. The problem is I don't think the sport wants to see another Floyd Mayweather.

    If by not making weight it means sanctioning fees cant be collected, then that might be the very reason why Broner didn't even try to make weight.
    Scum is broke and likely needs every penny of his payday to pay legal fees that will keep him out of jail.
