    prob keeping semi fit but prob does not spar and train anything like his 2 or 3 times a day old self

    Not completely but he is naturally 150-160 pounds. The reason why he is so dominate is because he is one of the very few fighters that fight at his natural weight class.

    Others are just draining themselves into liver disease.
