I am 33 walk around at 215 and fighting weight 175 but I wouldn't dream of fighting him. A few amateur fights and boxing for fun will get you knocked out against a faded ATG.

MMA rules you'd be out in under 30 seconds. Those gloves don't provide any cushioning and your wrestling wouldn't mean **** against a guy that good on his feet. He will catch you coming in and he only needs to land one shot.
