Surprised to see no threads on Callum Smith demolition job last night.

    Smith looked phenomenal last night.

I've always rated him (how can you not) but I've tried holding back jumping on the "future superstar" bandwagon... but it's becoming more and more difficult. He looks an absolute machine.

Massive for the weight, can box long, is completely at home unleashing bombs on the inside (something he does extremely well for a big lad with long levers), classy shot selection and he can bang!

The way he rips the left hooks in - to the body and the head - is top class. At one point towards the end, he whipped in a left to the body and it nearly ripped Mohoumadi in half.

He's a world champion in waiting for me, big talent. The only question mark I do have though, is that we haven't seen how he reacts to taking a few big shots from a banger himself? He's basically been so devastating in his fights, we haven't seen him ship anything. Rebrasse isn't a noted big puncher Fielding for all there fight lasted did clip him with a good shot (think it was a left hook), but other than that we don't really know.

I think he beats Groves now, not sure he's ready for Degale yet but if Degale goes onto beat Badou Jack in a unification fight then I don't think it will be too long before those guys share a ring.

I would like him picking up the WBA belt quickly against Giovanni De Carolis rather that waiting for the WBC. He is awesome and I do no want to wait until September to see him again.

2 KO1's in succession he should be ok for another fight early Summer

Would he prepared to fight in Goodison Park?

De Carolis as main support to Bellew

If he has the stamina I'd pick him against Degale. I've been trying to pick holes in him as with any hyped fighter but after last night I've given up.

    He's a monster. 6.4, 168 and doesn't look scrawny at all. A specimen.

What threat would Degale pose other than movement? Smith just gets better and better so calm under pressure on the inside, good defense, quality shots from the outside can bang...

The statistics speak for themselves won British and European in a single round looks a monster at super middle

Told everyone for ages he is the best SMW in UK in fact best in world. Put money on him beating any of them great engine great boxing brain, power great inside game, great at distance. Special talent, let's all get behind him and enjoy the journey.

Am a Groves fan but have to say I think Smith would blow him away

Rubbing my hands at the thought of him getting in with Degale though

He's great and will do very good. But, DeGale is ahead of him for now. Tagging him as the best in the UK and the World is very over the top.

It's not as he is in my opinion. Has he achieved the most out of them or does he have best resume ? No, but do I believe he beats them all right now yes I do 100%
