Whenever a ref does it most times its the early stoppage. They are instructed by the powers that be to that if a chance come when so and so is hurt stop the fight. That happens often. Not saying every early stoppage is due to bribes. I'm saying its a way to bribe, its doable. To funnel money. Judges are always targeted by these predators. I would have to say yes he is. There is no solid proof to prove otherwise. He past every test they gave him. Wouldn't he have been caught already before? I think he was just trying to rehydrate using IV fluids while he was probably taking a short nap or just relaxing on the bed with the IV bags hooked up to a vein. You feel very good after that.
