I havent heard any comments from ****ens about the rigo let down. Jazzas a down to earth guy whos also a staunch christian and i cant imagine anything other than him wishing rigo anything other than all the best. We all know the official excuse of been too late with the visa app but whether or not thats the truth i dont know.

Yes i do and ivthink hes one that could possibly upset rigo. As we know rigo is essentialy a 1-2 fighter who controls range well and the slightest whiff of someone getting in the distance and hes out of there. This would be a lot tougher fight for rigo as tete has decent hand speed unlike amagasi who reached with his lead.
His team tried to sort his visa whilst he was in Russia and Russia did a Russia basically. That's the official line anyway
It was a massive mess that really could have been avoided by simple planning on both sides. To leave it to the week of the fight and for Rigo to be in Russia with these issues going on was shortsighted at best.
Agreed. Simple planning at the most basic level could have avoided this. Being in Russia...a beurocratic nightmare of corruption ....at a time when he should have been concentrating on Jazza...a fight that could have propelled him into position for big money matches in the UK in future, was crazy. Strange neither of the two boxers has commented on it ....
