It won't change his legacy much either way. His only real shot at pushing himself substantially higher on the ATG list before the first Fury fight was unifying the titles, and then breaking Louis's record for time as champ and consecutive wins as champ. That's gone now, and his loss dropped him a couple spots on the ATG ranking imo to below his brother. But another loss will just affirm what the first loss already did, I don't think it will really push him any lower, necessarily. And winning would just delegitimize Fury, and not really add too much to his own legacy. The only real exception to that would be if he wins, unifies the titles, retires, and then Fury goes on to unify the titles afterward and establish himself as a top 10 ATG. That could push Wlad from a fringe top 10, clear top 12 hw into a fringe top 5, clear top 10 hw.
Take a chance Wlad, just once... jump in there and start throwing like a fighter. Go home in glory or go out on your shield, just once. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G928A using Tapatalk
Fury is going to win. He is too hot tempered to let Wladdy grab him whenever they get in close. You saw it in Wlad's eyes in the first fight "Oh ****, I cant grab hold of him" Pretty much over from there.
Depends on who you ask really. I don't believe another loss would hurt Wlad, and a win at his age to regain the HW championship would only enhance his legacy. He is in a good spot here if you ask me.
If Wlad loses to that big fat oaf a second time. You can flush his legacy down the toilet. Hall of fame, no hall of shame.
