**** betting on boxing really. its only worth betting on rounds, and thats hard enough. too many **** decisions, robberies, dodgey stoppages. especially dont bet on boxing that happens in germany. thats a big no no.
I thought that too but lumped on AA vs Murray in play around the 6th/7th at very good odds of around 2/1
Just have to be selective on boxing bets. I had £100 on chudinov to decision strum and got robbed! For AA v Murray I had £2.5k on AA to win, got £2k. AA is fighting Ramirez in April in USA, will be lumping on Ramirez to win that but he is fav 3/5.
i find betting in play usually nets me a few quid. Especially if you know one fighter starts slow and comes on strong later tends to let their odds drift early. or you can see that the winner of the first few rounds is expending the whole tank so will get KO'd late.
Going to hopefully watch the first round play out. If Joshua seems to struggle with the southpaw stance by holding like he did in the amateurs and if Martin can show he keeps his chin tucked and can withstand the power, gonna back him after that. Shame there's not more footage available of his fights.
It might not last that long mate I want Joshua to win, it would be amazing for British boxing and I believe he will, I think Joshua inside 5.
Hahaha yes lol. Still no other option with the limited footage on Martin. If I can't place a bet on this one I'll probably have a look at the Pacquiao card for any value.
I personally like the look of Martin, I do not think he is as bad as many believe but opinion is so sharply divided. One thing is for sure these boards will be alight tomorrow night after the fight, people will be gloating, abusing the people who got their prediction wrong, abusing the loser and saying I told you and whoever loses will be a "bum". I don't want to sit on a fence so I have gone with Joshua inside 5 but if this goes past 5 then Martin has survived an early onslaught then he must have something about him and then it's anybody's fight. Like you said it's hard to get a good look at Martin and if you watch the Joshua Vs Whyte fight there is a lot to worry you about Joshua. People said Whyte was a "bum" but dragged Joshua 7 rounds and gave him a serious scare early. I don't think there is an outcome tomorrow night that will surprise me.
People believing the sky hype train that Martin is good, he is poor, the card is one sided, easy nights work.
