Not having it, Sanders starts a fight like a sloth compared to Joshua and we all know what happened there.

Wladimir would hug AJ forever, I have an image of Joshua walking out of the ring with Wladimir still clinging to him.

It would be like Marciano and Louis but a hell of a lot quicker.

Prime Wlad couldn't beat DaVarly Wiliamson ,Sanders , Brewster and went life and death with the useless Sam Peter.

In Germany with everything loaded in Wlad's favour, Wlad mullers him.

In Britain, with Hearn pulling the strings with an undersized ring, fast counting referees etc etc Joshua could jump on him quick before Wlad has time to figure AJ out.

Wlad is still a force and a power house.

How do you know ? Were you there? Have you footage? Prove how AJ was dropped and owned by Wlad?

Nah, no chance. No chance in hell.

Briggs will be destroyed as soon as he faces another legitimately world class opponent. The guy is just looking for a retirement payday and he knows it.

For what it's worth, Malik Scott claims that AJ "did more than hold his own" in sparring with Wladimir. This was during Wladimir's camp preparation for Pulev. Scott was also there.

I don't think AJ is at the point where he should be favored against Wladimir yet. According to James Ali Bashir, AJ wasn't giving much in the way of effort at first, seemingly out of respect for Wladimir. Then, Bashir told AJ to "fight back or be destroyed". Following that, things got competitive. This is from an interview given by Bashir himself.

Correct. He had some really good moments. But he had some really bad ones. It is expected with a young pup sparring the the champ. It was a learning experience.

Joshua beat a guy who is practically a can, people write here like he beat someone like Fury or Wilder.

Joshua is too young for opponents like Wlad, unless Wlad's completely shot to pieces.

I agree. It had to have been a valuable learning experience for him.

Joshua isn't even close to his own prime yet. By the time he is, it'll be interesting to revisit some of this. There weren't too many athletic, well-conditioned, and highly skilled big men in the division during the better part of Wladimir's dominance (which isn't really his fault). Let's give AJ and others a chance to become that before prematurely claiming anything as fact either way.

There is no point in hyping Wlad till after the Fury rematch.

Let him prove his mettle, then we can discuss Wlad vs AJ
