Tweet from Malik Scott after the fight?

Hearn mentioned July 9th at Wembley - but I doubt they plan a fight to go up against Fury v Klitschko II, probably just trolling Fury.

It could defiantly go up against Fury v Klitchko.

Joshua is easily the bigger star in the UK and him fighting July 9th even v Malik Scott would be the more popular attraction.

No. Fury vs Klitschko is the bigger fight no matter what.

Scott would be a step down from Martin, IMO. Joshua would brutally lay Scott supine in the first round, and wouldn't learn anything as a consequence.

There are much better keep-busy mandatory / voluntary defences for Joshua to take.

He was hurt every time Joshua went at him in round 1. Just about out on his feet stumbling around at the end of the 1st.

He was petrified of the ferocious Joshua and was flattened 2 x, didn't have a clue what to do and he knew in his heart between rounds he was gonna get hurt. Those shots ended him and would put most to sleep.

He pulled the, let's get counted out but make it look like I wanted more. He was too scared of what was coming if he got up in time.

Like GGG opponents, they have no idea what hit them and they know those types of shots could easily end in brain damage. Joshua will be another that's too great for his own good.

Could you imagine him going after fury or wlad, those 2 are totally defenseless and would be road kill, quickly

Malik Scott sucks. His recent wins don't mean much to me. How soon we forget he didn't make it out of the 1st round vs. Wilder.

The obvious choice is Luis Ortiz, then Lucas Browne and Joseph Parker. People like it when two undefeated guys go at it. Pulev, Tarver, Cunningham, Glazkov, and down the road maybe Teper.

Fury, Klitschko, Wilder, and Povetkin are busy with each other but any of them would be a good choice eventually.

Chagaev, Stiverne, Scott, Arreola, Kauffman, Whyte, Jennings, fill in the blank, TBA, ?.

Scott is a much better boxer than Martin.

Don't think he can stand up to Joshuas power though

I bet that was part of the deal for no hope Martin cashing out - 1st Joshua defense vs Scuba Scott. 100%.
