Guys with solid chins don't generally get their mandibles destroyed like that! :nono :rofl :rofl You're DAMN RIGHT it's glass! :deal :nod
Martin was exposed as a bum of the highest order, the ref gave him the advantage of 2 long counts, face facts he wanted out, glass heart and chin.
I don't think he has a glass jaw, I think he was panning for a rematch cheque. He knows he wont be around for long, you see.
I don't think it is made of glass but like Scuba Scott it will fold up as soon as it tastes something it doesn't like.
Here's one that did not see the fight, or doesn't have any idea what he's watching. Just because they were short straight right blasts does not mean they were arm punches.. Those were sick counter rights that AJ drilled through the target. I don't know any hw that doesn't go down or even out from one of those. They had K ****ing O behind both those. Please tell us you were crooked eyed hammered, you really didn't see the fight and just read that article (forget what clown wrote it) but he/she stated 2 slow rights that Martin didn't see coming. The blogger/troller was trying to make the case the kd's were bogus and shouldn't had counted "because Martin couldn't or didn't see them coming) Not kidding, that was a ****ing article on this ****ing site the morning after. Brought this site down even further than ever before. I can't believe some of the articles that end up attached to this site. Do they proof read or can anyone write utter garbage and upload it ? Real question
Martin chin is seriously the only thing he has going for him. He totally crumbled in front of AJ. AJ landed a body shot and a few half clean head shots. Martin was hurt twice in the 1st round and blasted off his feet and on his ass in the 2nd. He knew all that was coming were bombs too fast for his reaction time and response time. Both way too slow for AJ. He needed out so badly buy needed to have an excuse. Let's the reach 10 then jumps to his feet. Ref even paused between 7 and 8 and between 8 and 9. Martin was given so much leeway, given the benefit of every doubt. 2 of the longest counts I can remember. I heard some posters saying the ref started at 6. No the ref brings and make sure AJ is in a neutral corner and picks up the count from the outside if the ring ref or counter, w/e the **** he's called
Martin didnt seem very hurt and got to his feet without a wobble. He really wasnt prepared for this level of fight. I like his fighters attitude, but his mouth was writing cheques that his skillset couldn't cash. Seems to me that Martin was on the same level as all of Joshuas handpicked opponents so far. The Whyte fight was a good test of course, but Martin would be absolutely destroyed by Whyte if they were to meet. :deal
