He'd rule the roost at 135 right now. He'd also have a decent shot at beating Crawford, and could possibly rule the roost at 140. He definitely needs to leave welter though.

9 rounds to 3. Tim was competitive but he only landed a handful of punches that were flush. Pac out threw and out landed Tim in almost every round. Manny was also more accurate over the course of the 12 rounds. Tim should have 3 losses to Manny but he can still beat most of the top welterweights that round off the top 5.
